A water-based, amine-type corrosion inhibitor for metal parts cleaning ormachining operations. Mar-Tek 233 contains a complex amine which forms a mono-molecular layer (a coating which is only as thick as the length of a single molecule) on the part’s surface through electrostatic attraction. It is used primarily as an anti-corrosion treatment for short term in-process parts storage.
